We're fully responsible for the service we deliver to our customers. Also, being completely independent from DSL infrastructure means we offer total resilience. If a problem occurs at the exchange or a cable in the ground is accidentally cut, it won’t have any impact on our customers’ connection.

We monitor all the network all the time and have visibility of data throughput, latency and jitter. We always know what is happening, from the core network all the way to the customer's comms-room. We are enabled and empowered to react quickly and efficiently in advance of issues.
